Project Overview

This project involves the complete interior fit-out of an office space located in Maze Tower, situated along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The scope of work includes the design, supply, installation, and finishing of all interior elements required to deliver a fully functional, modern office environment in accordance with the building regulations and Dubai Municipality standards.

Scope of Work

1. Design & Space Planning

  • Preparation of concept design and detailed layout plans

  • Space optimization for workstations, meeting rooms, and collaboration areas

  • Interior design coordination with client requirements

2. Partition & Ceiling Works

  • Installation of gypsum board partitions and glass partitions

  • Acoustic treatment where required

  • Suspended ceiling systems including gypsum and mineral fiber ceiling tiles

3. Flooring Works

  • Carpet tiles in workstation areas

  • Vinyl or laminate flooring in common spaces

  • Ceramic or porcelain tiles in pantry and service areas

4. Electrical & Lighting Works

  • Installation of power outlets and structured cabling

  • LED lighting fixtures and control systems

  • Emergency lighting and exit signage

5. HVAC Modifications

  • Adjustment and extension of ductwork to suit new layout

  • Installation of diffusers, grilles, and thermostats

  • Balancing of air distribution system

6. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)

  • Pantry plumbing connections

  • Drainage and water supply modifications

  • Fire alarm and fire fighting system integration as per building requirements
